Prepline Holdings

We are an F&B investment, development and operations company with a portfolio of owned, joint venture and partnership brands across the GCC & Europe. Our mission is to create and invest in leading brands across different F&B segments. Prepline was created by Essa Behbehani in 2017 and has since grown into a multi-brand company with over 35 stores and delivery kitchens in seven territories; Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UK, UAE, Bahrain & Oman. Essa has 15 years’ experience as an F&B entrepreneur, investor and advisor and sits on the board of several established hospitality companies in the GCC & UK. Alongside our partner brands, we have developed concepts for select projects and provided strategic advice for restaurant brands and landlords developing F&B destinations. We invest in EMEA-based foodservice businesses, with turnover of up to 20 million USD. We seek dynamic F&B start-ups and small chains, run by committed founders and management teams. Our ambition is to achieve rapid growth for our investments, typically through multi-site roll-out, franchise agreements and new market entry.
