Pres-Tek Plastics, Inc. is an ISO 13485 certified world-class medical injection molding and technology center located in Southern California. Our impressive production facility includes an ISO Class 8 cleanroom for production molding and a white room technology center for mold qualifications. Our certified Master Molder II’s follow stringent Scientific Molding guidelines to ensure the most robust process window possible. Pres-Tek also offers an in-house metrology lab for in-process inspections, FAIR, Capability analysis, DOE studies and Gage R&R. Our modern medical molding operation utilizes all electric molding machines from 110 tons to 300 tons. Custom part handling systems include robots, end of arm tooling, part separation units and various indexing stations.
