Carpet Restoration: This is a one time, four- step system utilized for heavily soiled carpets and/ or carpets that have been unsuccessfully cleaned. Carpet fibers are tested for a balanced, Neutral PH 7 at the end of our process. Carpet Maintenance Programs: Maintenance programs are designed to fit the needs and budget of each facility. The objective is to keep busy, high- traffic facilities consistently clean. Routine cleanings will help eliminate wear patterns and replacements, and extend the overall life of the carpet. Hard Surface Flooring We offer a traditional strip and wax program with Acrylic finish for all hard surface flooring. We also offer an alternative to the traditional acrylic system, EPIC. EPIC is a long lasting finish (average 2-5 years) that eliminates the need for monthly buffing, scrubbing, and stripping. EPIC also eliminates the appearance of dirty,"yellowed" acrylic floors. Tile and Grout cleaning, Grout Infusion, and Coating We offer multiple levels of tile and grout cleaning- Deep cleaning/ restoration of the tile and grout- Grout infusion: deep cleaning and infusing the grout with a color of your choice, so grout appearance is uniform- EPIC coating: this is typically applied after deep cleaning, and can also be applied after grout infusion to preserve the cleanliness of the floor. EPIC is available in a gloss, semi-gloss, and matte finish. Pressure Washing Pressure washing services can be performed on concrete walkways, building exteriors, awnings and overhangs, brick pavers, and many other surfaces. We have a large, trailer- mounted system that produces 210 degree hot water. All of our chemicals are CRI approved, and all technicians are IICRC certified.
