We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and being a reliable resource for all real estate needs. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent. The Licensed Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. They will also be responsible for creating and maintaining client relationships, conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. While this role is located primarily in Wake Forest, NC, there is flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications Real Estate License and proven track record in real estate sales Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients Strong knowledge of real property market trends and analysis Proven experience in sales and negotiation Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Proficiency in technology to effectively communicate with clients and manage the real estate process Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
