Preylock is an owner, operator and developer of high technology R&D and HQ office, industrial and multi-family real estate strategically located throughout the US. We utilize a relative value approach to real estate investing, identifying unique investment opportunities in highly targeted, supply constrained markets. Generally, we seek to acquire assets that trade at a discount to replacement cost and/or comparable assets in neighboring sub-markets. Preylock’s portfolio consists of over 17 million square feet of office and industrial assets totaling more than $4 billon of assets under management. Since its founding in 2016, Preylock has grown and diversified its investor base to include sovereign wealth funds, international banking institutions, US publicly traded insurance companies, and ultra high net worth families.
