Price Capital is a real estate private equity firm focused on the acquisition and management of multifamily properties. We buy apartment buildings and multi-family units, make physical and operational improvements and increase the net operating income (NOI). This process, also known as forced appreciation, increases the value of the property. When the value of the property increases, the CoC return and IRR increase as well, meaning we pay our investors their preferred returns and split the remaining profits. We believe that in real estate investing, forced appreciation is a key to generating wealth. Each deal we fund is an opportunity for investors to generate tax-efficient income, preserve capital investments and build equity through future capital appreciation of the assets.
