Pride Month Hsg

At the University of St.Gallen (HSG) October is Pride Month. Pride Month is a student-led initiative supported by the University of St.Gallen, the city of St.Gallen, the canton of St.Gallen, and its various other stakeholders. Creating Visibility: We want to show LGBTQ+ people that there is no reason to hide their true self at the University of St.Gallen. Keep your eyes open and discover our colors and messages on campus. Raising Awareness: We want to raise awareness for LGBTQ+ issues. We believe everyone should be aware of the current problems, no matter whether they are queer or not. Fostering Inclusion: We want to make the University of St.Gallen a more inclusive place. No one should have to hide because of their gender, sexuality, social or ethnic background, religion or disability. Promoting Allyship: Allies are very important for the LGBTQ+ Community. The fight for equality and justices is not one to be fought alone. And being an Ally is a lot easier than you think. Fighting for Equality: Contrary to popular belief, there are still a lot of injustices LGBTQ+ people are facing. If we work together, we can overcome those hurdles.
