Prima Civitas

Prima Civitas is a nonprofit economic and community development organization that works to improve Michigan by connecting, convening, collaborating and adding expert capacity to projects that support Michigan's economic growth. Prima Civitas uses a collective impact approach, leveraging the resources and expertise of an array of "knowledge partners" throughout the state to promote collaborative relationships across government agencies, nonprofits, and the private sector. Our work currently is focused on four key drivers of economic and community development-Regional collaboration and development -Talent and workforce development -Innovative industries and emerging markets -International connectivity
