UNLOCKING THE POWER OF PRIMARY CARE DATA Our aspiration is to drive change in population health and general practice efficiency across the country through the provision of new and unique ways of analysing primary care data. Whether this is through new ways of visualising QOF data to support practices to maximise the way they deliver regular health checks, or a new understanding of diabetes, our team understand the data and works with you to visualise, analyse and interpret this in order to turn into action. Working with Practices, PCNs, ICBs, healthcare suppliers and other health care organisations to support them maximise the value of their data, PCA was formed in April 2023, with a long history of developing and providing primary care analysis for Herefordshire General Practice and Taurus Healthcare, a GP federation and our parent company.
