We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified UK based company that designs and manufactures high quality transformers and wound components for the electronics industry. Our customers are electronic systems manufacturers as well as private purchasers. We can cater for manufacturing runs of one off's to a thousand a week using our precision CNC winders. We have invested heavily into CNC winding machines and pull-winders. This allows us to manufacture RM, E and toroidal core designs. As well as custom wound components. We have an extensive catalogue of transformer and choke designs for the valve/tube amplifier market, available online. We are adding to this constantly. With our free design service we cater for any new design specification using our state of the art design software to model the transformer in it's environment. All our designs are CE and UKCA approved, and a certification certificate can be issued. All metalwork can be plated to the end users requirements. All our power transformers are vacuum varnished to ensure better noise reduction than dipped transformers. This also gives better temperature specifications as well as providing a better level of safety. Prototypes are usually turned around very fast to allow for rapid testing before a manufacturing run. Being a UK based company we endeavour to source as much of our material from the UK. All services we use are UK based. We are proud members of the "Made in Britain" campaign, and all our manufactured parts leave with a "Made in Britain" sticker on them. We have recently incorporated, to allow us to grow the business the way want. Our customers are worldwide including Europe, Asia USA and Canada as well as Australia and New Zeeland.
