The PRiME Associates Team is led by a retired Army Colonel and Air Force Lt Colonel with 9 Associates who are military retirees and/or government service employees with extensive DoD experience. What We Do: We are a trusted resource and available today for Strategic Program Development, Engineering Project/Program Management and Environmental Management Programs. We have extensive international and overseas experience. Specifically, we deliver- Strategic Mission-Based Infrastructure Master Plans and Strategic Alignment - Design and Construction Management (PM/CM), Owner's Agent - Stakeholder Management (Military Access and Coordination)- Environmental Program Management (overseas) The company was founded in 2014 at a gathering of seasoned military officers, each with a different area of expertise, realized that we all shared a complimentary skill—problem identification and solving.
