Prime Atlantic Limited was established in 2003 and has successfully partnered with Cegelec, France and Falck Nutec, Denmark to establish joint venture companies, Prime Atlantic Cegelec Nigeria (Pace) and Falck Prime Atlantic Nigeria (FPA) respectively. Prime Atlantic Limited established itself as a full oil servicing company to provide services to the Oil & Gas industry. Prime Atlantic Limited is a wholly Nigerian – owned company established in 2003 with the vision to be the preferred services and solutions company in Sub – Saharan Africa. As a full oil servicing company, we pride ourselves on offering the most comprehensive bouquet of solutions while subjecting our processes to the most stringent global standards providing services and solutions to the Oil & Gas industry. Prime Atlantic has integrated all its five subsidiaries into a One – Stop Shop to achieve this feat and these formidable companies established over the years, are in partnership with world leaders in various aspects of the global Oil and Gas industry. They are Cegelec (France), Falck Safety Services (Denmark), Collabro (UK), Endress & Hauser (Switzerland), and AKE (UK).
