Founded in 1987, after 20 years in the apparel industry, Prime Investments & Development has grown into a leading hospitality company that is constantly evolving to become a leader in the development and management of hospitality services. The Prime Investments portfolio currently includes four award-winning hotels and one convention center that has become the premier meeting facility in eastern North Carolina. Ever moving forward, our company has been able to continue growth, development and construction during the economic downturn. We've provided jobs and projects while much of the industry was forced to put everything on hold. Our current properties include the Hilton Greenville, the Greenville Convention Center, the Hampton Inn, and the Holiday Inn located in Greenville, North Carolina, as well as the Hampton Inn & Suites Raleigh Downtown in the Glenwood South District of Downtown Raleigh, North Carolina.
