Prime Own
Prime Own was founded in 2020 to help connect investors to income-producing real estate assets through syndication funding. The principals, David Gibson and Jonas Pond have been active investors in residential and commercial real estate since 2004. After purchasing their first multifamily apartment complex together in 2018 and seeing the benefits that multifamily investments can offer, they decided to found a new company focused on obtaining this type of asset. They founded Prime Own in January of 2021 to help people invest in tangible assets and broaden their scope to larger, more secure, and more lucrative investments that are difficult for an individual investor to obtain.
