PRIMOS Development Consultants was founded by an architect and a builder with a shared passion for increasing the efficiency and productivity along every step of the real estate development process. We have a combined 30 years experience working across the United States and Australia, including the uniquely challenging markets of New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Sydney. We deliberately break from tradition by providing clients the expertise of a multi-disciplinary in-house team, which allows us to deliver a more valuable work product. Using process-driven workflows and the latest technology, we unlock the full potential of prefabricated, industrialized, modular and off-site construction methods. We've led design, met with city officials to get projects permitted, QA/QC'd factory production, and our boots are dirty from job sites.
