We are an inclusive community organisation that prides itself in providing Bespoke Client-led Coaching, to the disenfranchised and marginalised groups of our Society. We endeavour to equip and empower our clients through a holistic approach with the necessary skills to become financially independent and be able to have a career in Digital Construction, through our Partnership with the Digital Twins Skills Academy (DTSA). The DTSA assists all local authorities, Social Landlords as well as private asset owners to comply with the Building Safety Act 2022. The DTSA achieves this through the use of Digital Twins which offers an informed and intelligent solution that adheres and fulfils the legal requirement of the golden thread of information, through gamification via our partner Twinnedit. Our provision is a stand alone, end-to-end that recognises the need of diversification in the construction industry as well as providing tangible CAREERS, not just jobs for our Clients, who are otherwise disengaged, disenfranchised Young people, we achieve this through an Individual Learning plan, hard-skills, soft skills, Work experience as well as paid careers through our employers network For our 50+ Clients we provide various services such as hard-skills, Soft skills, empowerment, confidence building and Work experience. We also provide workshops/training on Engagement, Communication, Goal setting and Corporate Coaching for Career development.
