Primus Vision is a Consulting, Coaching and Training firm serving clients to achieve transformation in various aspects of their journey, be it as a corporate body or as an individual. The company was established in 2012 resulting from the efforts of a passionate group of safety professionals from the South East Asia Region and have been in the business for more than a decade. We possessed a wide experience in the region and cultural diversity which include industries experience such as Manufacturing, Shipyard, Oil and Gas, Construction, Offshore and Aviation. We saw the need to raise standards in the areas of workplace safety and health, by providing training programmes for companies, both locally and overseas. Through engagement with the leaders of companies we served, Primus Vision saw that often, companies struggle to achieve positive transformation in various aspects of business, owing to its workforce's unwillingness to adapt to critical changes. Primus Vision has thus shifted its focus towards developing the Human Potential to shift paradigms and manage emotions, to enable the achievement of individual excellence and organizational success that is desired.
