Princes Group is a global food and drink company specialising in the production, and distribution of both branded and private-label products. Our customers range from major supermarkets and convenience stores to food service operators, wholesale suppliers, and other food manufacturers. The company offers products in over 20 categories, such as fish, meat, fruits, vegetables, soups, pastes, pasta, cooking sauces, edible oils, and various soft drinks. With a workforce of over employees, Princes operates seven manufacturing sites across the UK, along with facilities in Mauritius, and Poland. Our offices are located in Liverpool (UK), Leeds (UK – Symington’s), Warsaw (Poland), and Rotterdam (Netherlands). Princes boasts a portfolio of leading brands, including Napolina, Crosse & Blackwell, Crisp 'n Dry, Branston Beans, Jucee, and our own iconic Princes brand. Founded in 1880 as a fish importing business in Liverpool, we retain our international headquarters in the city. Princes expanded into food production in 1946, sparking a period of diversification and growth that continues today. Since July 2024, we have been a wholly owned subsidiary of New Princes, an Italian-based specialist in food, soft drinks, and dairy. New Princes operates 31 production sites globally and manages a diverse yet complementary portfolio of brands alongside customer own-brand products.
