It is based on these principles- Prevent problems from happening - Make the workforce self sufficient - Optimize your processes - Recover faster from interruptions Equipment operators – through access to our Advisor tools - can respond to alerts and learn to fix the equipment themselves. If the problem cannot be fixed by the operator, the software escalates to the maintenance team – and using our Wiki tool and Live Collaboration - can assist with more complex problems. We have applied our technical skills, expertise and technology tools to assist people running the manufacturing line. Our tools are easy to use and can reduce the workload of the technical maintenance, engineering, and supervisory staff. Smaller manufacturers need the same uptime and equipment performance as large manufacturers, but many times do not have the budget to pay for full MES systems. Our products come in at a reasonable monthly price point that are budget friendly and deliver rapid payback.
