Priority Engineering Incorporated DBA Priority Group Incorporated is an Architectural and Engineering firm formulated on May 13, 2014 in Dallas Texas to provide high quality civil engineering and consultation services to public and private clients. Our service lines consist of civil design (i.e, PS & E), Site Development, construction management (i.e, CEI), QA/QC and Pavement Condition Survey and Assessment. Priority Group is a corporation co-owned and operated by David T. Lott, P.E. and Paul E. Williams P. E. who have over 60 years of extensive experience in civil engineering, with an emphasis on roadway design and construction management. Priority Group is comprised of 3 experienced licensed professional engineers specializing in civil engineering services, an environmental specialist and 2 Construction Inspectors.
