Founded in 2002, Prism Risk Management guided the creation and growth of public risk pool programs. Prism’s experience and knowledge base began with Chairman Jack Floyd. In addition to having almost 40 years of leadership experience with public pooling and quasi-public entities, Jack is also regarded as one of the pioneers of the public risk pooling field. Prism ceased operation at in early 2013 when Jack Floyd retired and Dave Floyd returned to private law practice.
