Private Elementary School Zilina
Our school was established with the decision of the Ministry of Education of Slovakia and was added to the Elementary schools of Slovakia network on September 1, 2004. We are focused on teaching in English. From September 1, 2005, we started teaching Slovak and English bilingually, based on the project of "experimental verification of bilingual Slovak-English teaching in the 2nd grade of elementary school" and "alternative teaching of the English language in the 1st grade of elementary school", which was ended on August 31, 2011. Since September 1, 2013, we have been implementing activities within the CLIL methodology in both the 1st and 2nd grades of our elementary school.
