PRM Assist has 3 products, which combined, improve the passenger experience and Airport\Airline PRM operations. The PRM Assist App provides a unified booking system that provides the passenger with assistance booking confirmation, and both departing and arriving airlines with advance notice. PRM Connect automates the connection from the Airline booking engine to PRM Assist. All data sits in the PRM Portal which can be accessed by Airlines, Airports and Service Providers in one place.
