Pro-Active Training

Pro-active Training was launched in 2014 as an organisation offering apprenticeships across the construction sector with the aim of becoming one of the leaders in the delivery of vocational construction training in the North East. In 2016 we were awarded ‘Most Promising New Business’ at the Hartlepool Business Awards. The company delivers quality Traineeships alongside both Level 2 and 3 apprenticeships in bricklaying, joinery & general construction to either prepare a young person for, or to complement their experience in the workplace. Over the first 3 years of trading Pro-active have worked with over 200 young people and has an excellent achievement rate. The training centre based in Hartlepool is particularly aimed at those looking to learn a construction trade and provides a square foot training area to allow for practical activity and several classrooms for theory-based learning. Pro-active Training is accredited by CITB Construction Skills and Highfield awarding body.
