Pro-Collect Pty Ltd are a specialist Debt Collection Agency providing Debt Collection, Business Debt Recovery and Collection services. We help clients Australia wide and have offices in Newcastle, Central Coast, Sydney, Brisbane, Northern NSW and Melbourne. We collect 89% of debts referred under our Debt Collection Services proposal. We constantly offer assistance to and strive to understand the business of our clients to ensure we are maximising their credit potential. Each client has access to our management team to discuss their needs for a full range of accounts receivable services. Helen Warwick has been involved in all facets of debt recovery and receivables management since 1981, with experience in a number of senior collection, loss recovery and/ or credit management roles across both financial and commercial enterprises. In 1991 Helen joined a well known Sydney based debt collection firm and after holding senior positions there for a number of years, then worked for 10 years as the National Credit Manager of a major window and door manufacturer. Helen commenced with Pro-Collect in 2007, taking on her then role as General Manager and now as Managing Director of Pro-Collect.
