We are a progressive out-patient physical therapy practice specializing in providing orthopedic rehabilitation to acute, sub-acute, and chronic injuries, as well as post-surgical intervention, sports-injury treatment and performance enhancement training and conditioning. Formed in 2009, ProAction Physical Therapy, PLLC, was built upon the bedrock Faith that recovery from injury and wellness is an active process; Function and Wellness go hand-in-hand. The focus of our practice at ProAction Physical Therapy, PLLC, is to provide the best physical therapy treatment with the knowledge that we are a small yet important part of a team: The Client, The Referring Provider, and the Community.
