Proactive Life is registered with the Care Quality Commission as a domiciliary/ supported living provider that delivers services to people in the community or their own home who require personal care and/or treatment of disorder, disease or injury. We specialise in supporting people with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, complex needs and challenging behaviour. Our experianced and qualified staff working in collaboration with local and regional health/social care teams strive to deliver high quality, individualised care within a safe & homely environment.
