Since 2011, Proactive Maintenance Consultants, LLC (PMC) has provided industrial and predictive maintenance thermography inspections along with thermography training for asset-intensive facilities across the United States. Our work focuses on identifying developing electrical, mechanical, and building system issues before they lead to unplanned downtime, safety incidents, or costly repairs. Inspections are performed by certified thermographers with extensive field experience and a practical understanding of how findings translate into maintenance and operational decisions. PMC supports manufacturing plants, grain and milling operations, warehouses and distribution centers, data centers, utilities, healthcare systems, and commercial facilities. Services include electrical infrared inspections of switchgear and power distribution systems, mechanical and rotating equipment inspections, building envelope and roof assessments, drone-based thermal inspections, fixed thermal monitoring solutions, and Level I and Level II thermography training. Inspection reports are written for maintenance and engineering teams, emphasizing clarity, prioritization, and actionable recommendations. All work is aligned with NFPA 70B and established predictive maintenance best practices.
