Founder and President of Proactive Patient Services (PPS), Ms. Manard directs the firm’s healthcare consulting activities. PPS provides consulting services to a broad spectrum of healthcare providers including medical groups, hospitals, health plans, specialty programs, and physicians. Services include the creation and execution of business and marketing plans, market research, image and collateral development, internal and external marketing programs, training and staff development, and contracting and provider relations. The principal focus of this firm’s service is on the creation and retention of a profitable patient base for our clients.
