Relevant social, scientific and technological changes have led to new needs in health care and therapies. New technologies have allowed impressive results such as use of stem cells for innovative therapies and new methodologies for diagnosis and prognosis of chronic diseases. Areas of interest of Procelltech are Regenerative Medicine and Preclinical and Phase I-IV clinical trials Procelltech is a partner for public and private research institutes (University, Hospitals and Pharma Companies) that are going to build and manage a Cell Factory and/or a Biobanks in accordance to International Standard (Good Manufacturing Practice, cGMP, ICH) and Regulations (EC/1394/2007). To this aim, Procelltech offers GMP compliant Quality Control testing on biotech/cellular products for advanced therapies (e.g. cellular and gene therapy) according to European Pharmacopeia. Procelltech provides consultancy for designing a cGMP facility eg cGMP Cell Factory, for implementing Quality systems and for drafting and management of regulated documentation. Procelltech supports preclinical and clinical trials by developing research studies of biomarker (efficacy, potency and safety) through ex vivo and/or in vitro assays.
