Process Consultation India

Process Consultation (PC) is both an art and craft performed by people who intervene in organization systems and are sensitive in not inducing 'dependency' of the client by intervening at the process level rather than the content level without creating much ripples, in the process of discovery with the client, constantly asking questions, unlike most known consulting that deals with 'content'. Process Consultation is an important intervention in Organisation Development (OD). Help will not happen until the kind of relationship has been built, and the building of such a relationship takes time and requires a certain kind of attitude from the helper. Relationship is the medium for Change and Process Consultation is the means to the Relationship.
