As a result of playing STRATUP, participants are in a position to improve their understanding of the functioning of an organisation, enhance their skill by applying concepts learnt in class, take decisions in a dynamic environment and appreciate cross functional dependencies. We aspire to supplement every business topic with a game. Participants should be able to read concepts from a book and apply them in games. They should be in a position to explore multiple possibilities, try different strategies and learn the impact of their decisions.
