Procurement Gateway Limited

The 2023 Procurement Act, which regulates public procurement, is due to go live on 28th October 2024. The Act provides that contracts valued at £5m or over must publish: A redacted form of the contract; At least 3 KPIs that are most material to the performance of key contractual obligations and in respect of these contracts, the Contracting Authority must record and publish performance information. In response to the Cabinet Office's invitation for innovators to bring forward ideas to facilitate the operation of the Act, Procurement Gateway Ltd has developed a centralised, web-based, easy to use, collaborative workspace for public and private sectors enabling them to fulfil their KPI monitoring and management obligations under the Act. We are now inviting Contracting Authorities and Suppliers to work with us to beta test the Gateway.
