The PBT approach encourages creativity and provides an engaging yet relaxed way of learning, as participants have the opportunity to develop their skills with continuous coaching support as the project evolves. We also offer coaching to one or to a group of young professionals, on the development of specific projects or activities, to enable them to complete the project/activity and to progress in their technical career. Depending on the maturity of the project, ProdEnhance supports the preparation of the necessary material for presentation at conferences and workshops, aimed at supporting the further development of the coachee(s) and at the same time raising the technical profile of your company.
