Prodigioushands

I'v been struggling with back and hip pain for more than 15 yesrs of which was affecting my work and social life.A friend recommend me to visit prodigioushands. I started physio with Licet who was really lovely, patient and knowledgeable. She helped release tension that was building up from the pain. Since then I have noticed a big improvement and my pain is nearly gone. I had done fitness Pilates mat and reformer in the past and used to struggle afterwards with pain. With Licet based on her treatment I can feel a real difference in getting stronger without feeling sore afterwards. Licet has been focusing on my issue giving me exercises that are specific tailored to improve my physical health.
