Prodolce

Best served well-chilled, our authentically-made Prodolce is a refreshingly delicate demi-sec wine with hints of honeysuckle, pear, and citrus-laced fruits. The idea and intention behind Prodolce was to introduce a new type of wine to the market that would sit somewhere between a Cava, Prosecco and a Champagne, while catering to those in search of a subtly sweeter wine. The Count ‘Piovene’ family, our co-founders, have their origins in the Veneto region where, for over 500 years, they have been producing the only highest quality Italian wines. The family’s original residence dates to 1540 and designed by the famous architect “Palladio” and is now a UNESCO listed building. For best results we used two types of Italian grapes: Garganega and Moscato. This expert combination provides the perfect balance of delicate and bubbly sweetness. We also went a step further, put our sensible hats on and kept the alcohol content to 10.5%. Our wine is vegan friendly and cruelty-free to be enjoyed by all!
