Proency offers professional psychological services for companies and organizations. We evaluate mental health of staff within organizations and companies, as well as provide counseling to increase mental well-being, thus taking an important step towards preventing job burnouts, stress at work and other psychological disorders, and moreover increase well-being and productivity of the staff. To ensure the quality of our work, we use artificial intelligence and scientifically based psychological methods. Furthermore, we are currently working on an advanced software platform to make our internal processes and the services we provide better suited for all of our clients. Services include evaluations and consulting with the purpose of improving mental health and productivity of their employees.
