Profac is a specialist façade contractor delivering complex construction and remediation works across the UK. We undertake cladding works (including high-rise) combustible façade replacement, associated fire safety works, EWI systems including render and brick slips among many other styles of façade. We work with leading designers and deliver projects under both Design & Build and traditional client-led contracts. Our projects are undertaken as Principal Contractor or specialist sub-contractor, with health and safety always at the forefront. Profac is approved for the delivery of projects funded by the Building Safety Fund and Cladding Safety Scheme and is experienced in the requirements of the Building Safety Act 2022, including BSR Gateway submissions. Profac works closely with clients, designers, regulators, and residents to deliver compliant schemes that improve building performance and safety. Profac is accredited by a number of leading bodies, including SafeContractor, CHAS and Constructionline.
