Proferrin® is a Heme Iron supplement. Colorado Biolabs is the only U.S. based manufacturer of our proprietary HIP. Colorado Biolabs was incorporated under Colorado law in 1997, under the name Western Nutriceuticals, Inc. The company name was changed in 1998. A manufacturing facility is located in Cozad, Nebraska.
