INTERIM MANAGEMENT At the Customers’ request we manage operationally entire companies or individual business functions; We are seconded to the top management of the Customer’s company (including the Management Board) as individuals supervising the implementation of the set tasks and taking responsibility for achieving specific objectives in a short time. STRATEGIC BUSINESS CONSULTANCY & OUTSOURCING Together with the Customer we focus on answering the question whether the current business strategy is the right one, what requires adjustments and whether there is a need to redefine it. If necessary we will assist in consultative project to redefine the business strategy of the Customer’s organisation and implement it at the operational level.
