Primarily we work with employers to find the specific type of candidate they are looking for. Once desired specifications are discussed, we investigate both the current job seekers, and currently employed talent that may want to consider a change. For Job seekers that approach us, we do an analysis of their skill set and match that with the type of employers or employment specialists we work with. Quite simply, we make introductions. We source qualified candidates who have a desire to work in your industry and with a company like yours. Just as our name would suggest, we focus within the professional industries. In the past, we have collaborated with Legal, Accounting, Wealth Management and Engineering fields.
