In 2003 Dana Brownlee, PMP founded Professionalism Matters, Inc, a boutique professional development training and consulting firm. Her company provides interactive training workshops on a variety of topics including project management, meeting facilitation, and team building. In 2009 Professionalism Matters launched MeetingGenie.com an online resource for the latest tips, techniques, instructional videos, and other resources pertaining to meeting facilitation. Professionalism Matters has produced two meeting facilitation training DVDs: “Are You Running a Meeting… or Drowning in Chaos?” and “5 Secrets to Virtually Cut Your Meeting Time in Half!”
