Profiles Caribbean Inc.(PCI) is a regional company established in August 1994 to provide organisations with modern human resource tools and services to help them to hire, train, manage and develop employees more effectively. We are the regional representative for the Texas-based Profiles International Inc.(PI), a global leader in the provision and distribution of occupational assessments and talent management solutions. During its existence, PCI has established several strategic partner operations throughout the Caribbean. The company engages primarily in psychometric assessments, human resource consulting as well as search and selection services. Our network of partners and associates, quality staff coupled with state of the art technology and creativity, we help many organisations in all sectors to enhance their human resource function using best practices and world class approaches. In PCI was the recipient of the first ever Profiles International (PI) National Award for Performance. In 2002, the company also won the award again from a group of over 50 countries. PCI has also been the recipient of the 2003 Barbados Small Business Association (BSBA) Award for Excellence in Entrepreneurship and in 2008, it won the Entrepreneur of the Year and Sectoral Group Awards for Professional Services. The firm is therefore part of an international network led by PI that has been extremely innovative in using technology to maximise human capital.
