I am an Executive and business coach with Profusion, LLC. I work in partnership with clients to achieve more than they could alone. Profusion provides the structure and collaboration that produces energy for change. Each session allows the client to determine their next area of growth and development. Proven ability to drive complex strategic initiatives in business is one of the skills I will use to help my clients achieve their goals toward their Ideal-self. I have grown three businesses from their initial concept as a fledgling small business to successful small business. While the company continued to thrive and deliver on its commitments to its clients, I was then able to sell each one in its due time. Starting, growing, and selling companies has taught me many lessons I will use toward helping my client in similar situations.
