Program & Project Partners (P & PP) provides professional consulting services in planning, engineering, and project management, for both commercial and industrial projects. At P & PP, we offer consulting services throughout the life cycle of your project; from feasibility study through commissioning, and anything in-between. P & PP’s owner and principal has over 30 years of experience in the execution of large complex energy related projects. P & PP has work experience with large nationally recognized Architect/Engineer firms, large US utilities, operating power plants, and small private EPC and consulting firms. P & PP will apply that broad experience to your project. Program & Project Partners is a 100% woman owned, Maine based Limited Liability Company. P & PP provides both general and professional liability coverage for all services provided.
