Progress One Learning solutions was founded in 2022 by stakeholders in the Modena Group of companies. Over the 22 Years of Modena’s existence providing industry leading Software and training interventions in the Manufacturing, Engineering and Construction space, it became evident that South Africa was facing several critical challenges around skills and the availability of highly skilled local resources. Large numbers of skilled professionals had been leaving our shores creating a situation whereby the low availability of skilled personnel started having major impact on businesses. At Progress One we believe that South Africa has an immense amount of opportunity and the key to unlocking the potential is through education. Our Vision is to reduce the skills gap and drive employment as the preferred educational partner in South Africa for advanced skills-development in the field of digital transformation across a multitude of industry sectors.
