Progressive Employment Concepts (PEC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating inclusive, customized employment opportunities for people with disabilities. We believe that everyone deserves the chance to build a meaningful life and career in their community, and we work alongside individuals to make that vision a reality. Founded on the principles of person-centered planning, social inclusion, and economic equity, PEC supports people in identifying their strengths, exploring their interests, and finding—or creating—roles where they can thrive. We also collaborate closely with families, employers, and community partners to build workplaces and systems rooted in equity and belonging. Whether we're helping someone launch their first job, supporting career growth, or designing creative solutions for employment barriers, our work is guided by the belief that inclusion isn’t just possible—it’s essential.
