Progressive Pipeline partners with mission-driven organizations to recruit, support, and retain underrepresented staff. Through our fellowship, staff matching program, and advisory services, we’ll help you build a workplace that reflects the diversity of the progressive movement. Our core Fellowship program is designed to remove barriers for underrepresented candidates by connecting them to paid positions at social change groups and giving them the tools to succeed!
