Our vision is for California to lead the world in making a just and equitable transition to a net-zero economy by 2045. We believe that our children, grandchildren, and generations yet to come deserve to inherit an economy that is not only clean and resilient but abundant—with opportunities shared fairly across all communities. We are committed to continuous learning—always listening, and reflecting—so we can uncover the missing policy pieces that will help California not just succeed, but lead boldly on the global climate stage. We believe that real progress comes from building strong, diverse networks where people unlock new insights together. Project 2030 creates shared learning opportunities and enables smart policy decisions that honor both our planet and the communities most vulnerable to climate change. Our current priorities are equitable carbon dioxide removal and industrial decarbonization in California.
