Project Alive & Kicking

Project Alive and Kicking (PAK) provides moms with the most current prenatal information and medical guidelines for their forty-week journey from conception to birth. We strive to empower expectant mothers through the awareness of pregnancy conditions and maintenance, fostering an awareness of their babies daily fetal movements, and giving each expected baby the best chance to come into the world alive and kicking. Our hope is to provide each expectant mom the proactive tools she needs for her gestational journey. PAK is dedicated to giving each expected baby the greatest chance to come into the world alive and kicking. Mothers-to-be will easily follow our forty-week gestational guide divided into three pregnancy trimesters. Each trimester contains helpful information on maternal health, gestational developments and changes, and the most common fetal and maternal distress signs. Moms are also given a week-by-week guide of what to expect on their pregnancy journey. PAK’s goal is to encourage the expectant mother to be proactive, resourceful, educated, and aware of gestational guidelines during her 40-week journey. Our educational resources will empower her to become the voice of her unborn child. Become a part of our team!
